My husband and I go here a few times a month. Last night wasn't that busy for a Friday night but our dinner took 2 hours! When I asked the owner about it, he said, and I quote, "Good food takes a long time to make, if you don't like it then don't come back!" Wow! If he woulda said something like, yeah we are training a new cook or whatever I would have said, "I get it." Guess we won't be coming back. Bye El Parasol!

Very good chicken guacamole tacos & all their food overall. Fast & courteous service every time my girlfriend & I eat there!!! YUMMY FOR THE TUMMY!!

I donâ€™t write many 1 star reviews but everything that could be wrong with an amazing New Mexican restaurant is wrong at THIS LOCATION. Very slow service. Veryyyyyy slow cooks. sketchy crowd of people and cold food once you eventually get it. Sad. Amazing potential but awful execution. Skip this location and go to the one a few miles away in Pojaque.
